Co creation event MORE – DEMOSTENE CENTRO STUDI
On 2th September 2022, took place the Second Co-creation event of MORE organized by the partner DEMOSTENE CENTRO STUDI, in which participated 15 Rural Women. The event was organised at the Cooperativa Fuori dal sommerso premises in Mesagne
On the event, hosted by DEMOSTENE CENTRO STUDI founder Gianfranco Gatti and Daniela Tramacere who presented the Project to the attendees, and with the MORE Co-creation document as a guide to be followed, participants contributed in a brainstorming, providing very useful inputs and suggestions, with discussions that emerged from each of the points,regarding Women entrepreneurship and Training needs.
All the inputs and information collected will be very useful and will be taken into account for the MORE training course development, in particular on the Topic that our organization has in charge: Entrepreneurship and Work Balance. . All the participants inputs will also contribute to the Co-creation event report, which will gather valuable information from the event for MORE project, and that also will serve as support and inspiration for future projects.
The MORE project "Multifunctional role of women as a key driver for rural development" aims to improve the access to, and the quality of, training opportunities and qualifications of rural EU women. The realities of women's lives in rural areas have become more diverse in recent decades. In today's society, women assume a "multifunctional role" in the multi-faced context of their families (i.e., child and elderly care) and social and labour ties. This multiplicity of roles contributes significantly to improvement of their families' quality of life, as well as rural socio-economic development, civic engagement, and ways of rethinking the territorial contexts.
