The ‘’Gerakina’’ Cooperative was founded in 1994 and is comprised by 30 members.The home made pasta workshop is housed in a building owned by the Cooperative in the village of Dadia. Furthermore, the members manage the recreation area ‘’Katrantzidon’’ which is located 9 km from the village in a forest- covered area of 185 acres. The products offers are: hylopites, trachanas, couscous and various preserves (quince, grape, fig, pumpkin and watermelon). All of the products are made with carefully selected ingredients according to the traditional recipes of our grandmothers
